Ripple, Inc. Collects

subscribe to our newsletter(s), clients give us contact information
(like your name and email address), and demographic information
(like your zip code). In the future, if you decide to purchase
any value-added services we offer, then we will need to collect
certain financial information, such as your credit card number,
credit card expiration date, and billing address ("Financial
Information"). Financial Information that is collected is
used to check your qualifications for registration, to bill
you for products and services, and for other purposes. We
do not share Financial Information with outside parties except
to the extent necessary to provide you with the value-added
service.

Use of Your Information
If
you give us your permission, we use customer contact information
from the registration form to send you information and promotional
material about Ripple, Inc.. Your contact information is also
used to contact you when necessary. If you choose to receive
Member communications, you may cancel your email subscription(s)
at any time simply sending any email to unsubscribe@rippleinc.com
with the word, "unsubscribe" in the Subject line.

Ripple, Inc. will never willfully sell or rent for consideration
any personally identifiable information about you or your
business to any third party.
Ripple, Inc. cannot ensure that all of your personally identifiable

disclose personally identifiable information to the government
or by court order under certain circumstances, or other situations
may arise requiring such disclosure. This site contains links
to other sites. Ripple, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy
practices or the content of such Web sites.

Data transmission
over the Internet can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure,
and Ripple, Inc. does not warrant that your information will
be absolutely secure. Any transmission of data on or through
the use of the Ripple, Inc. site is at your own risk.
Software
from this site may be subject to export controls imposed by
the United States and may not be downloaded or otherwise exported
or reexported:

into (or to a national or resident of) any country to which
the United States has placed an embargo (which, as of today
include Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Syria and Yugoslavia);
